Q: I have two dogs, can they stay together?

A: Of course! We want your pet to feel as comfortable as possible. Multiple dogs can share rooms as long as they get along 100% of the time. Each of your additional pets are discounted as well. Please see our Boarding Menu for Pricing.

Q: Do you give tours?

A: Yes, we give tours 6 days a week. Please call to schedule a tour of our facility.

Q: Can I buy additional playtimes?

A: Yes, purchasing 15-minute individual playtime sessions ($16.50 each)is a great way to get your dog some extra playtime. One of our staff members can throw a ball, Frisbee, or just give your pup some extra time outside.

Q: My dog is not spayed/neutered. Will you still board him/her?

A: Yes, the only requirements we have for a spay or neuter are that dogs over 6 months of age must be spayed or neutered prior to taking part in our daycare groups.

Q: Do you accept a vaccination titer in place of a required vaccination?

A: Yes, we accept a vaccination titer in place of a vaccine. Your dog or cat needs to have proof of the vaccine titer emailed over from your veterinarian or from our clinic, Countryside Veterinary Hospital.

Q: What hours can I drop off or pick up my dog?

A: Monday-Saturday between 7:30am-4:45pm for Pick Up and 7:30am-4:00pm for drop off.  Sunday Pick up/ Drop Off not available.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: We accept Cash, Check, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.

Q: Is the office closed on any holiday dates?

A: Yes, we are closed for drop-off and pick-up on the following dates: Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years Day, Labor Day, the 4th of July, and Memorial Day.

Q: My dog is very anti-social and doesn’t play well with other dogs. Is that okay?

A: Absolutely, we have a lot of experience with dogs that don’t play well with others. Just let us know and we will work out an exercise plan that works for you and your pup.

Q: What vaccines does my dog or cat need?

A: In order to use any of our services, your pet needs to be up-to-date on his/her vaccines. Dogs need a current Rabies, Bordetella, and DHPP vaccines. Cats need a current Rabies, FVRCP, and Leukemia vaccines. Please see our requirements for more information.

Q: My dog’s vaccines are expired, can he or she still come?

A: Yes, upon arrival we can have a technician from our veterinary clinic come up and administer the vaccines your pet needs. You will only be charged for the cost of the vaccines, not for an office visit.

Q: Do you accept vaccine records from my veterinarian?

A:Yes, you can bring in or fax us your vaccine records and we will input them into our system.

Q: My dog needs medication several times a day. Is that extra $?

A: We do charge $3 per visit to your dog’s room for medication (NOT per medication). If your dog needs 3 medications in the morning, you will only be charged one $3 administration amount. If your dog needs medications both morning and night you will be charged $6 for that day.

Q: Do you offer grooming?

A:Yes, we offer full service grooming by appointment. Pending availability, you can add grooming to your dog’s boarding or daycare stay. Call us today for appointment dates and times!

Q: Do you have any breed restrictions?

A: No, we accept any breed or size. Dogs who would like to participate in our daycare groups, however must pass a evaluation and prove to be friendly, social, and keep our play yard safe at all times.

Q: How many times does my dog get outside each day?

A: Dogs are taken outside a minimum of 3 times daily.  Dogs of the same family can go out together and each trip outside last approximately 15 minutes.

Q: What if my pet gets sick or injured during its stay.

A: Although we try our very best to keep your pet healthy and happy during his or her stay, things do happen. We want what’s best for your pet therefore we work directly with Countryside Veterinary Hospital in the case illness or injury.
